01

Find and view documents

Documents and My Records use the same familiar list and preview experience.

1

Open the right record area

Clinic team members use Documents. Patients use My Records for records they own across clinics.

Open Documents
2

Search and filter

Search by name or available document text, then narrow by category, status, date, or folder.

3

Preview safely

Open the preview to move between pages, zoom, and review available details. Download and print may be unavailable.

02

Keep records organized

A small amount of organization makes later care easier.

1

Use clear names

Choose a name that helps people recognize the record without opening it.

2

Choose a category

Confirm or correct the suggested category so filters remain useful.

3

Use folders

Move related records into folders without changing their clinical category.

03

Share with control

Sharing gives access without changing ownership.

1

Choose the recipient

Share with the intended clinic, patient, or approved external recipient only.

2

Review the access period

External links expire and can be revoked. Confirm the expiry before sending the link.

3

Review access history

Use the share and access history to understand who currently has access and revoke it when no longer needed.

Self-help

Common questions

Why is my document still processing?

New uploads are checked and prepared for safe preview. Refresh later; if processing fails, follow the message shown or contact your administrator.

Why can’t I download or print?

The current records experience is preview-first. Some original-file and print actions are intentionally unavailable.

Does deleting a document remove it immediately?

A deleted document may first move to the recycle bin and may remain protected by retention or legal-hold rules.
