Self-help

Common questions

Why is a clinical action unavailable?

The visit may not have reached the required stage, a preparation item may be incomplete, or the action may be limited to the assigned patient or clinician.

Does ending a call complete the appointment?

No. Ending audio or video only ends the call. The care team completes the remaining documentation and visit steps separately.

Where are my visit instructions?

Open the appointment and look for the after-visit summary or follow-up section. Only released information is shown to patients.
