01

Launch a new clinic

The Clinic Setup Wizard puts the required configuration in the right order and saves progress as you go.

1

Open the Setup guide

After a clinic is activated, use the reminder on Home or choose Setup guide in Settings.

Open Clinic Setup Wizard
2

Complete clinic basics

Search the supported choices and confirm the clinic name, region, language, time zone, and currency. Currency choices include a representative flag, and these shared defaults shape the workspace and appointment schedule.

3

Confirm the care team

Make sure at least one doctor has accepted their clinic invitation before assigning appointment hours.

4

Create simple weekly hours

Choose the doctor, bookable days and times, typical visit length, and first clinic location. Use advanced appointment settings for more complex schedules.

5

Review provider evidence

Open the guided Provider credentials destination. Each affected visit shows its scheduled doctor and the exact evidence control that does not match. Open the evidence action to carry those requirements into a form that highlights every field that must be corrected before saving.

Review provider coverage
6

Run the safety check

Every remaining action includes the reason it failed, ordered resolution steps, and a direct destination when the clinic can resolve it. Finish only when the current protected readiness check passes.

02

Complete the clinic profile

Your profile helps patients recognize and understand your organization.

1

Open Clinic Profile

Review the organization name, description, contact details, location, services, and public images.

Open Clinic Profile
2

Edit one section at a time

Use the edit action beside a section, choose every language the clinic supports from the searchable list, check the preview, and save only when the information is ready.

3

Review public visibility

Confirm the information patients may see before sharing or publishing the profile.

03

Invite and manage your team

Give each colleague only the access needed for their work.

1

Open Team settings

Go to Settings and choose Team to see current members and pending invitations.

Open Team settings
2

Send an invitation

Enter the colleague’s email address, choose the appropriate role, and review the invitation before sending.

3

Follow pending invitations

Resend an invitation when needed or revoke it if it should no longer be used.

04

Choose workspace preferences

Settings control how the clinic appears and how routine work behaves.

1

Review General settings

Confirm regional preferences and clinic-facing defaults. Search the complete language, time-zone, and currency lists, use the flags to identify currencies, and open a choice to compare its explanation. Use the chip tabs across Settings to move between areas without refreshing the browser.

2

Review appointment settings

Set the visit options and scheduling rules your clinic is ready to offer. Visit-type choices explain their purpose, duration, and modalities. Confirm the active clinic before saving.

3

Review channels

Connect only the communication channels your team is prepared to monitor.

4

Resolve highlighted fields

If Save or Publish finds incomplete information, use every item in the validation summary. Choosing an item opens its hidden section or editor step, moves to the exact field, and shows what to correct beside the control.

05

Prepare patient booking

Weekly hours become bookable only after provider coverage and the conflict-safe calendar are ready.

1

Create clinic locations

Under Appointment settings, add each physical care location with its local time zone and address.

Open Appointment settings
2

Match visit requirements to provider evidence

Open the guided coverage review. For each affected visit, the screen names the scheduled doctor and lists any missing approval, credential type, market, modality, specialty, validity date, restriction, or Schedule action. Use Fix highlighted evidence, Review appointment hours, or Review visit requirements to open the correct control.

Review provider coverage
3

Build weekly schedules

Assign each recurring window to one doctor, modality, location, and either all compatible or selected active visit types.

4

Publish the settings

Save the reviewed configuration so the clinic has an immutable scheduling revision.

5

Prepare the calendar

Open Clinical release and run or resume conflict-safe calendar preparation. Clinics with existing appointment history require platform operations to protect those records.

6

Re-check readiness

Resolve every remaining visit-type, provider, credential, and scheduling blocker before testing patient booking.

Self-help

Common questions

Can I leave the setup and return later?

Yes. Completed settings are saved to the clinic, and Save progress records the current stage so another owner or administrator can resume it.

Can experienced administrators skip the wizard?

Yes. Every existing manual Settings screen remains available. The wizard reads those same saved settings and updates its progress when you return.

Why can’t I edit the clinic?

Editing is limited to owners and administrators. Confirm your active clinic and ask an owner to review your membership role.

Who approves provider credentials?

An active owner or clinic administrator in the same clinic approves them from Clinical setup. Platform administrators do not approve through recovery access, and a provider cannot approve their own evidence.

Does clinic approval mean an external registry confirmed the credential?

No. It records the clinic’s reviewed decision for that exact evidence revision. External registry checks, where required by clinic policy or law, remain a separate process.

Why does a visit type have no eligible provider?

Open Review provider coverage in Clinical setup. The affected visit shows each scheduled doctor and the exact evidence or appointment-hours mismatch. If a doctor is green, current data is already aligned and you only need to run the safety check again.

Why can’t I save provider evidence?

Saving stops when a required value is missing, malformed, or does not match the coverage row you opened. Use the validation summary to focus each highlighted control. New evidence uses Medical registration by default, with specialty certification, separate prescribing authority, and facility privileges available when the provider's work needs them. Exact legacy types remain available only while correcting an existing guided coverage requirement.

How do I remove an obsolete provider credential?

Open the credential and revoke it first. A revoked record offers Delete permanently, which removes it from the active register and review queue. Immutable evidence and identifier-only audit history remain for governed historical records.

What if my saved value is not in a Settings list?

The saved value remains available so you can review and resave it without losing configuration. Locale and regional-code fields also let you add a valid standardized value when it is not among the common choices.

How do I find a missing setting after validation?

Choose the field in the validation summary. Settings reveals the relevant Advanced section or editor step, scrolls to the control, and places focus there so you can correct it immediately.

Does inviting someone create their account?

The invitation gives the recipient a controlled path to join. They still need to sign in or create their own account and accept the invitation.

Can a team member work in several clinics?

Yes. Each clinic membership and role is managed separately.
