Accept before the offer expires to take the held time, or decline so the clinic can offer it to someone else.
Common questions
Why did an available time disappear?
Availability can change while you are booking. Refresh the available times and choose another option.
Why can’t I join a virtual visit yet?
The appointment may not be ready, the join window may not be open, or a required preparation step may still need attention. Follow the message shown in Appointment Details.
Does joining a waitlist guarantee an appointment?
No. The waitlist records your interest. A booking is created only after you accept a valid offer or complete a normal booking.
