01

Work platform queues

The Super Admin area separates activation, demos, support, and system issues.

1

Open Super Admin

Choose the queue that matches the work rather than using customer search for every task.

2

Review before deciding

Read the request history and available evidence before approving, rejecting, or changing status.

3

Record a clear outcome

Use the available status and reason choices so later administrators can understand what happened.

02

Manage customer access

Suspension pauses access; it is not deletion.

1

Find the account

Search for the user, clinic, or hospital and verify the correct record before acting.

2

Review the impact

Check memberships, status, and current access before suspending or reactivating.

3

Confirm cleanup status

After suspension, review whether current sessions and connected access were fully revoked.

03

Investigate unexpected problems

Use the minimum diagnostic information needed to understand the failure.

1

Filter the exception list

Narrow by time, environment, service, or type before opening detailed evidence.

2

Handle sensitive evidence carefully

Open or download diagnostic artifacts only when necessary and never copy patient content into ordinary chat or tickets.

3

Delete deliberately

Permanent deletion cannot be undone. Use it only when the investigation and retention decision are complete.

Self-help

Common questions

Can a super administrator provide clinical care?

Platform administration does not grant clinical authority. Clinical actions remain limited to the appropriate patient or assigned care professional.

Does suspension delete data?

No. Suspension pauses access while preserving memberships, configuration, records, and audit history.

Why is an expected denial missing from Exceptions?

Normal validation, sign-in, permission, and workflow conflicts are handled responses rather than unexpected system failures.
