Clinic Setup Wizard

A guided launch path for clinic owners and administrators. It checks the existing clinic configuration in the order it is needed, saves progress to the active clinic, and only completes after the current operational safety check passes.

01

What you can do here

Four required stages

Complete clinic basics, an active doctor, provider-bound appointment hours, and the final operational safety check. A later stage stays locked until its prerequisite is complete.

Saved progress

Each completed change is saved through the clinic’s regular settings, and the current wizard stage is saved to the clinic so another administrator can resume it later.

Live progress

The progress ring and stage navigator reflect the current server-validated configuration, including changes made in the advanced Settings screens.

Explained choices

Language, time zone, and currency use the same searchable controls as advanced Settings. The full supported catalogs are available, currency choices show representative flags, and a valid regional locale can be added when needed.

Advanced settings remain available

Use the manual General, Team, Appointments, Clinical setup, Channels, Developer, and Call recording screens whenever you need more control. The wizard never removes or replaces them.

02

Follow these steps

Launch a clinic

  1. Confirm the active clinic, then complete its profile and regional defaults.
  2. Invite a doctor if the clinic does not already have one, and refresh after the invitation is accepted.
  3. Create simple weekly hours and the first physical location, or use advanced appointment settings for a more complex schedule.
  4. Run the safety check, follow every remaining action, and finish setup after all required checks pass.
03

Helpful habits

  • Use clinic-owned contact and location information only, and never enter patient information into setup fields.
  • Ask the right clinical and compliance reviewers to approve visit types, policies, and credentials. The wizard reports readiness but does not approve those decisions.
  • Return to the wizard after changing appointment or clinical settings so the final safety check can be refreshed.
04

Tips

  • Select Save progress before leaving. Completed settings are already saved, and the wizard will reopen at the current stage.
  • Directory listing, patient channels, and call recording are optional launch choices shown below the required stages.
  • If a blocker needs platform operations, the clinic cannot bypass it from the wizard.
