Every clinic can preview the immutable baseline forms, policies, communication profiles, documentation patterns, and visit archetypes. Create a clinic draft from a default or author a custom artifact; nothing becomes active until the required clinical and legal review is recorded and the clinic version is published.
A workflow matrix binds each exact artifact to an actor, lifecycle phase, condition, sequence, and blocking gate. Publishing a visit type freezes the reviewed workflow and artifact versions used for future appointments.
Type a symptom, clinic name, specialty, service, or language to filter the list. Only facilities that opted into the public directory appear here.
Narrow Find Care with the filter rail. Each filter only lists options clinics actually offer, so you can find, for example, a clinic in your region that offers a given specialty in your language.
Open any clinic to see its public profile (about, specialties, services, and languages), then choose Book care to open the appointment wizard with that clinic already selected. Booking associates you with that clinic as a patient automatically.
