At-a-glance counts
A summary strip shows how many requests are waiting, booked visits, unassigned appointments, and visits currently in progress, so the day's load is clear before you scan the list.
The clinic schedule and requests queue. Search and filter appointments, open details, prepare with the patient, use governed in-person check-in, and book a new visit.

Use schedule or request mode, then filter by status, date, provider, patient, contact, visit type, source, or search term.
Open an appointment to review facts, records, requested information, comments, and device readiness even after cancellation or completion.
Check a patient into an in-person visit before the consultation. Once a governed Encounter exists, no-show, cancellation, documentation, clinical completion, and closure must follow its evidence-based workflow and cannot be asserted from a general appointment status action.
Book on a patient's behalf: enter their name, email, or phone, pick a governed visit type and an available time, then confirm. The saved booking owns its exact communication policy; the screen never chooses a message policy separately.
Authorized schedulers can review active entries and issued offers, open the patient's CRM record, verify the complete bounded fair queue, select only a currently eligible signed time, and issue or revoke an expiring offer with exact retry. The Visit Type policy, not this screen, owns the response window. Cancelled or rescheduled slots can offer automatically across compatible fair heads. New offers queue an in-app update, but intent creation still does not prove delivery or read.
Doctors and staff can add comments, ask follow-up questions, request information, and suggest lab reports before the session starts.
