What you can do here

Unified appointment list

Search and filter by status, date, visit type, provider, source, or words from the appointment record. Details are available for every appointment status.

Book an appointment

The wizard walks you through choosing a clinic, a governed visit type, a real available time, and optionally attaching your own records, then a final review before you confirm. A visit type is offered only after the clinic binds an approved appointment communication policy.

Review waitlist offers

When the booking wizard finds no open time, it can add you to the clinic waitlist for the exact date window shown. The waitlist section combines your clinic entries. Accepting an unexpired offer atomically creates one appointment; declining returns the entry to its fair queue position, and leaving removes an active entry. New offers use a governed in-app update and safe return to this waitlist; email, SMS, and push remain disabled.

Prepare with the clinic

Open Details to add notes, answer information requests, attach records from My Records, and run a telemedicine device check after confirmation.

Cancel and prepare

Cancel an upcoming visit subject to the clinic's cutoff, and use Appointment details for preparation and local device readiness. Clinical video entry is hidden until the production encounter and media workflow is enabled.

Checked-in visit state

An in-person check-in now creates one server-owned visit attempt and clinical encounter. Refreshing or retrying does not create another visit. After check-in, cancellation, no-show, and completion must come from the governed encounter workflow, not a general appointment status button.

Follow these steps

Book a visit

  1. Choose Book appointment.
  2. Pick a clinic and, optionally, a reason for the visit.
  3. Choose a visit type and an available time.
  4. If that exact date window has no open time, join the clinic waitlist or try another allowed modality.
  5. Attach any records you want the clinic to see, then review and confirm.

Tips

  • If a time is taken while you are booking, you will be asked to pick another, so no double bookings happen.
  • Times display in the clinic's zone and your own when they differ.
