Activation requests
The platform review queue for clinic and hospital activation. Approving a request creates the tenant and makes the requester its owner; this is the only way organizations are created.

Follow these steps
Review a request
- Work the pending queue first.
- Verify the organization is real and the requester plausibly represents it.
- Approve to create the tenant with the requester as owner, or decline with care.
Helpful habits
- Treat approval as creating a healthcare tenant: when in doubt, verify out of band before approving.
- Decisions are audited; decline rather than leave doubtful requests pending forever.
Tips
- Approving or rejecting asks for an optional note; the requester sees it with the decision.
- Approved organizations appear immediately in the requester's memberships.
- Super admin access is itself audited, including tenant switches without membership.
