The central home for platform administration. Every super admin capability lives here and in the persistent settings navigator, so you can move between operational areas without returning to the workspace sidebar. Visible only to platform administrators.
What you can do here
One place for admin tools
Activation review, customer management, demo requests, exception management, request triage, WhatsApp estate, plans and usage, document policy, and social estate are gathered here instead of spread across the sidebar.
A card per capability
Each card opens a dedicated admin surface. Access is checked here and re-checked on every request behind it.
Follow these steps
Open a capability
- Pick the card for the task at hand.
- Activation requests reviews new clinics and hospitals waiting to join.
- Customer management shows registered users and organizations, their usage, and account access status.
- Demo requests works marketing leads; Exceptions investigates platform errors; Requests triages bug reports and feature requests.
- ABDM operations, WhatsApp estate, Plans and usage, Document policy, and Social estate cover interoperability, platform health, commercial controls, retention policy, and channel observability.
Helpful habits
- Super admin access is powerful and audited; use it deliberately.
- Use the persistent Super Admin navigator to move directly between operational areas; use Overview when you want the full capability map.
Tips
- Only platform administrators see this section; regular clinic staff never do.
- Every action behind these cards is enforced again on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
