Content library

Everything reusable behind your posts: checked media assets, caption templates and hashtag groups, content feeds that draft posts from a URL, and posting queues that define your preferred publishing rhythm.

01

What you can do here

Assets

Upload images and short videos by button or drag and drop. Every upload is checked before it can be used; give each asset a description so posts stay accessible, and organize with folders and tags.

Templates and hashtags

Save captions you reuse and grouped hashtag sets. Both are inserted into the composer with one click.

Feeds

Point a feed at an RSS or news URL and it drafts posts from new items on a cadence you choose. Review mode sends drafts to the calendar's drafts rail; auto mode publishes through every safety gate.

Queues

A queue is a weekly pattern of preferred posting times in a time zone chosen from the complete searchable catalog. The composer offers the next open slots when scheduling.

02

Follow these steps

Add media

  1. Open the Assets tab and drop a file on the upload card, or use Upload.
  2. Wait for the check to finish; the badge flips from Checking to Ready.
  3. Add a description with the Alt text action.

Set up a queue

  1. Open the Queues tab and select New queue.
  2. Name it, pick the clinic's time zone, and add weekday and time rows.
  3. Save; the composer starts suggesting its open slots.

Automate a feed

  1. Open the Feeds tab and select New feed with a secure URL.
  2. Keep review mode on so new items land as drafts in the calendar.
  3. Use Poll now to test; the result note tells you how many drafts were created.
03

Helpful habits

  • Prefer review mode for feeds; a person should glance at anything that goes out under the clinic's name.
  • Keep hashtag groups short and specific; a handful of relevant tags beats a wall of generic ones.
  • Name queues after their intent, like Morning slots, so schedule suggestions read naturally.
04

Tips

  • Blocked assets failed the content check and cannot be attached; delete and replace them.
  • Deleting an asset does not touch posts already published on the networks.
  • Feed drafts always appear in the calendar's drafts rail, never directly on the schedule, when review mode is on.
