Social inbox

Comments, replies, mentions, direct messages, and reviews from every connected network in one queue. Read, reply, assign, and close without leaving the workspace, and turn promising conversations into CRM contacts and leads.

What you can do here

One queue for every network

Each interaction shows its type, network, author, and age. Filter by status, type, or network, or show only what is assigned to you.

Reply in place

Replies go out through the connected account. They are public on the network, so the same patient-information check that guards posts guards replies; anything suspicious is blocked.

Reviews with ratings

Review interactions show their star rating, so a poor review is unmistakable and can be routed to the right person quickly.

Into the CRM

Add to contacts creates a CRM contact from the conversation; optionally create a lead at the same time. Nothing is posted publicly when you do this.

02

Follow these steps

Work the queue

  1. Keep the Open tab as your default; close interactions as you finish them.
  2. Assign to me before replying so teammates see it is handled.
  3. Use the network filter when a specific platform needs a sweep.

Turn an inquiry into a lead

  1. Open the interaction and read the full text.
  2. Select Add and create lead; the contact and lead land in your CRM.
  3. Continue the medical conversation on a secure channel, never in the public thread.
03

Helpful habits

  • Never discuss a person's health in a public reply, even if they mention it first; acknowledge and move to a private, secure channel.
  • Answer poor reviews calmly and quickly; route them with an automation rule so they never sit unnoticed.
04

Tips

  • Open on the network jumps to the original thread in your browser.
  • A blocked reply means the check found something that looks like patient information; rewrite it in general terms.
  • Closed interactions can be reopened at any time.
