Compose

Write once and publish everywhere: pick the destination accounts, write the post, attach library media, tailor the text per network when needed, and then save it as a draft, schedule it, or post right away. A live preview shows how it reads on each network.

01

What you can do here

Account picker

Every connected account appears on the left. Select any mix of networks; accounts that need reconnecting are disabled until they are fixed in Settings.

Smart character counter

The counter tracks the tightest limit among the selected networks, so one draft can safely go everywhere. Networks with a tighter limit can get their own shorter variant.

Writing assistant

Assist drafts a caption from a short description or rewrites your text. Suggestions are inserted for your review and are clearly marked; nothing posts without you.

Media, links, and extras

Attach checked images and video from the library or upload on the spot. Where a network supports it, add a first comment or thread parts.

Per-network customization

Turn on Customize per network to write a different text for any selected network while everything else stays shared.

Scheduling

Pick an exact date and time, or take one of the suggested open slots from your posting queues. The clinic's default time zone is shown next to the picker.

Safety gates

Every post passes the clinic's checks before it goes out. If something looks like patient information you are warned, or blocked outright, depending on the policy; if approvals are on, the post routes to the Approvals queue instead of publishing.

02

Follow these steps

Publish a post

  1. Select the destination accounts on the left.
  2. Write the text; watch the counter against the tightest network limit.
  3. Attach media, a link, or a first comment as needed.
  4. Choose Save draft, Schedule with a time or queue slot, or Post now.

Respond to a patient-information warning

  1. Read which part of the post was flagged.
  2. If it genuinely describes a patient, remove those details; social networks are public.
  3. If it is general clinic content, use Review and confirm to proceed.
03

Helpful habits

  • Never reference an identifiable patient, even approvingly; keep posts about services, staff, and general health topics.
  • Give every image a description in the library so posts stay accessible.
  • Write the shared text for the tightest network, then expand per network rather than trimming afterwards.
04

Tips

  • Hashtag groups and saved templates from the library are one click away above the editor.
  • Queue suggestions only appear if the clinic has posting queues in the library.
  • A post sent for approval is not lost; it waits in Approvals and publishes once cleared.
