The review queue for clinics that require sign-off before publishing. Posts wait here with their content, destinations, and intended time; an approver approves, requests changes, or rejects with a comment. Nothing publishes while it waits.

Three decisions
Approve releases the post on its schedule. Request changes sends it back to the author with your comment. Reject stops it with a reason.
Follow these steps
Review a post
- Read the text exactly as it will publish, and check the destinations and time.
- Approve if it is ready; otherwise send it back with a specific comment.
- Use Reject only for posts that should not go out in any form.
Helpful habits
- Write actionable comments when requesting changes; the author sees them verbatim.
- Review daily so scheduled times are still in the future when posts are released.
Tips
- The approval requirement itself is a policy switch under Channels.
- A post approved after its scheduled time goes out at the next opportunity.
