Channels

One home for every outbound channel: connect and manage social networks and WhatsApp side by side. Social networks now use your clinic's own developer app per network, set up right here; WhatsApp uses the platform's verified Business Provider connection while your clinic keeps ownership of its account and numbers.

What you can do here

Two channels, one place

Social networks and WhatsApp each get a tab. Social configuration and WhatsApp onboarding no longer live in separate corners of the app.

Networks with per-platform setup

Every supported network has its own full-page setup: what your clinic needs, how to register your own developer app, each supported way to connect (sign-in, pasted token, or access token), webhook wiring for Meta networks, official documentation, and troubleshooting. Client secrets are write-only and never shown again.

Connected accounts

Every linked page and profile with its health at a glance. Connect account opens the Networks directory so you can pick a network and follow its guide.

Publishing policy, webhooks, brands

Require approval, tune the patient-information check, set quiet hours and link tracking, send signed event notifications, and group accounts into brands for multi-identity clinics.

WhatsApp

Connect your WhatsApp Business Account, watch number health, manage your display name, and set the compliance policy. WhatsApp uses the platform's verified Business Provider connection while your clinic keeps ownership of the account, numbers, and messaging.

Follow these steps

Set up a network

  1. Open the Social networks tab, then Networks.
  2. Pick a network to open its full setup page.
  3. Follow the steps: register your own developer app where needed, add the shown redirect URI, and paste the app credentials.
  4. For Meta-family networks, set a verify token and paste the callback URL and verify token into your Meta app.

Connect a network account

  1. On the network's setup page, choose how to connect: sign in, paste a token, or enter an access token.
  2. For sign-in, finish in the popup window and keep popups allowed for this site.
  3. Connected accounts appear on the page and on the Accounts tab.

Connect WhatsApp

  1. Open the WhatsApp tab and select Get connected.
  2. Complete the readiness checklist and finish Meta's guided window.

Helpful habits

  • Keep each network's developer app in your clinic's own developer account so you stay in control of it.
  • Reconnect expiring accounts before campaigns, not during them.
  • Keep the patient-information check on Block; social networks are public and patient details are never allowed.
  • Keep WhatsApp for scheduling, reminders, and general questions; anything clinical belongs in secure channels.

Tips

  • A client secret is write-only: once saved it is shown only as a masked hint, never in full.
  • A verify token is your own, so it is shown here for you to paste into your Meta app.
  • Each network's setup page lists exactly the credentials, scopes, and steps that network needs, with links to its official documentation.
  • Open a policy, account, time zone, or review-status choice to read what it changes before selecting it. Longer lists can be searched.
