Manage the ABHA linked to your global account, choose clinic connections, and review ABDM consent activity without selecting a clinic workspace.
What you can do here
Explicit clinic connections
A clinic is connected only when you choose it. Every new connection and every reconnection requires a fresh OTP for that exact clinic.
Read-only consent activity
The consent screen groups care contexts and signed ABDM activity by connected clinic. Granting, denying, and revoking consent remains in your PHR app.
Follow these steps
Link your ABHA
- Choose a verification method and enter the requested identifier.
- Complete the OTP or select the correct masked account when ABDM returns more than one result.
- Review the masked ABHA and link it to your global account.
Connect a clinic
- Find the clinic under Clinic connections and select Connect with OTP.
- Enter the new OTP sent for that clinic connection.
- Review any demographic mismatch warning and complete the connection only if the ABHA is yours.
Disconnect access
- Disconnect a clinic to remove only that clinic association.
- Unlink your global account separately when you no longer want ABHA attached to Global Clinic.
- Remember that unlinking the global account does not silently remove existing clinic associations.
Helpful habits
- Read the clinic name before entering an OTP. Each OTP applies to one clinic connection.
- Disconnect clinics you no longer visit, then review consent status in your PHR app.
- Never share an OTP with clinic staff or support agents.
Tips
- ABHA is optional and is not required to book appointments or receive care.
- Global Clinic medical records and external ABDM records remain separate.
- A disconnected clinic needs a fresh OTP if you reconnect it later.
