Pipeline

A visual board of your leads, so nothing falls through the cracks. Each lead is one opportunity tied to a contact, and it moves left to right through your configurable stages until it is won or lost.

01

What you can do here

The board

Columns are your pipeline stages; each card is a lead showing its title, value, priority tier, and whether it is assigned. Drag a card between columns to change its stage, or open the lead and change it from the detail panel.

Funnel summary

The strip at the top shows open, won, and lost counts, your win rate, and the total value won for the current view.

Capture and routing

Add a lead by hand and tie it to a contact. Unowned leads are routed to the least-loaded coordinator automatically.

Qualify and disqualify

Moving a lead into a won stage records the win; moving it into a lost stage asks for a reason, so you can learn why deals slip.

Views and priority

Switch between all leads and just yours, and filter by priority tier to focus on the hottest opportunities first. Save a filter you use often as a named view and reapply it in one click.

Multiple pipelines and bulk work

Switch between active pipelines, use List to select up to 100 leads, and apply assignment, tier, stage, or tag changes with per-lead results.

02

Follow these steps

Move a lead forward

  1. Open a lead to see the contact, value, source, and history.
  2. Drag it to another stage column to advance it, or mark it won or lost from the detail panel.
  3. Assign it to yourself so ownership is always clear.

Add a lead

  1. Use New lead, find the contact it belongs to, and give it a title.
  2. It lands in the first stage and is routed to a coordinator automatically.
03

Helpful habits

  • Keep every open lead in the stage that reflects reality, so the funnel numbers stay trustworthy.
  • Always record a reason when a lead is lost; those reasons are how the team improves.
  • Assign an owner to every lead so someone is accountable for the next step.
04

Tips

  • The win rate counts only closed leads (won plus lost), so it stays meaningful early on.
  • Filter to your leads to plan your day, then save that filter as a view to return to it fast.
  • Leads captured from the same person attach to the existing open lead instead of duplicating.
