Your post-login starting point and operational dashboard. From here you can see which clinic you are acting in, read at-a-glance metrics, jump into live work, and finish onboarding if you are new.

What you can do here

Active clinic summary

When a clinic or hospital is selected, the card at the top shows its name, your roles in it, and its type. Clinic-specific work and information follow this selection.

Operational dashboard

With an active clinic and a staff role, the home page becomes a console: headline metrics, the live visitors on your website, a workspace activity feed, the conversation queue, engagement insights, and care-team presence. Compact placeholders keep each metric tile steady while live values arrive, and each widget links into the full page behind it.

Operations today

Below the live widgets, the Operations today row rolls up the numbers that matter beyond chat: your lead pipeline (open leads, wins and win rate), your open and overdue tasks, this month's document uploads and storage, and, for admins, messaging channel usage. Each card links to its full page, and it shows counts only, never patient details.

Sample data preview

Widgets marked Sample run on illustrative data while your clinic's live engagement feed is being connected, so you can explore the layout safely. The pages they link to (live visitors, conversations, analytics) already show real activity.

Shortcuts

Shortcut cards to the pages you use day to day: clinics & hospitals, workspace settings, the public site, and (when you have not yet opened the dashboard widgets) live visitors and conversations.

Report bugs or request features

The top-bar feedback control sends bug reports and feature requests to platform administrators. Add a short title, detailed description, optional priority, and evidence files or pasted screenshots. Attachments are validated before upload.

Onboarding

New accounts see a welcome banner framed around finding care by default: search for a doctor, explore services, or book an appointment, with a clear path to bring your own clinic or hospital online. If a facility has invited you to join their team, the banner also shows a notice so you can accept.

Clinic setup reminder

Owners and administrators see a setup reminder after a clinic is activated and whenever a required setting later needs attention. It shows current progress and opens the guided Clinic Setup Wizard in Settings.

Follow these steps

Set your working context

  1. Use the context switcher in the top bar to choose My Space (your personal, individual context) or one of your clinics and hospitals.
  2. In My Space, clinic and hospital areas are hidden and blocked; switch to a clinic to work on patient-facing data.
  3. If you belong to no clinic yet, request activation from Clinics and hospitals.
  4. Scan the metric tiles, then open a widget to act on it.

Report feedback

  1. Select the feedback button in the top bar.
  2. Choose Bug Report or Feature Request and set a priority when it helps triage.
  3. Describe what happened, what you expected, and the page or workflow involved.
  4. Attach screenshots or files, or paste a screenshot with Ctrl/Cmd+V.
  5. Submit the request; platform administrators triage it from Super admin.

Helpful habits

  • Always confirm the active clinic before acting on patient-facing information because clinic-specific pages follow this selection.
  • Start your shift on the dashboard: clear the conversation queue and check high-intent visitors first.
  • Keep one browser tab per clinic if you work across several organizations during the day.

Tips

  • The greeting in the top bar adapts to your local time of day.
  • After sign-in, the workspace confirms your clinic context and role before showing the sidebar, so the first menu you see is the one available to you.
  • The sidebar groups areas into Workspace, Engagement, and Account, with Super admin pinned at the bottom for platform admins; sections appear as your roles allow.
  • Collapse the sidebar to an icon-only rail using the arrow next to the logo; your preference is remembered on this device.
  • My Space is your individual context: it shows only your personal records, appointments and account, and keeps clinic areas out of view until you switch into a clinic.
  • Switch context in one tab and your other open tabs will offer to reload, so every tab stays on the same context.
  • Dashboard widgets only appear once a clinic is selected and your role includes live chat access.
  • The feedback form accepts up to 10 evidence files, with each file validated before upload. Do not include patient content unless it is needed to resolve the issue.
